How It Works

After the customer gives a quick initial response, they'll move on to a step where they can leave more detailed written feedback. This part changes based on their first answer. Meanwhile, our system automatically emails them to ask for this written feedback. If they don't respond immediately, we'll send a reminder the next day, and then again on the fifth day.

If a customer leaves positive written feedback, like 'amazing', they'll go to a 'Thank You' page. There, they can copy their feedback and click a link to post it directly as a Google Review. Plus, your automated system will send them an email to make this process even easier.

In addition the Butterfly Effect CRM tracking system is also activated so that review requests can be tracked there in order to take advantage of the dashboards. (Example below)

If a customer leaves negative feedback, such as 'terrible' or 'average', they'll be directed to a 'Thank You' page. This page will include a message telling them that a team member will follow up with them to address their concerns.

If a customer leaves negative feedback, a workflow will kick in to notify the business. The business will then be prompted to take action and follow up with the customer.

When a positive Google review comes in, a workflow will notify the business right away. They'll receive a ready-to-use reply generated by ChatGPT and a custom social media graphic to share the good news.
