How It Works

After the customer gives a quick initial response, they'll move on to a step where they can leave more detailed written feedback. This part changes based on their first answer. Meanwhile, our system automatically emails them to ask for this written feedback. If they don't respond immediately, we'll send a reminder the next day, and then again on the fifth day.

If a customer leaves positive written feedback, like 'amazing', they'll go to a 'Thank You' page. There, they can copy their feedback and click a link to post it directly as a Google Review. Plus, your automated system will send them an email to make this process even easier.
